Admission Consultant

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Admission Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students in the admissions process, providing information about our coaching programs, and guiding them to make informed decisions about their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students seeking information about our coaching programs and services.
• Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational background, goals, and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about course offerings, curriculum, schedules, fees, and other relevant details to prospective students and their families.
• Assist prospective students in selecting the most suitable course or program based on their academic needs, career aspirations, and budget.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including completing application forms, submitting required documents, and coordinating enrollment procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to address any questions or concerns and provide additional information or support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, consultations, and admissions activities using CRM software or other tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain students.
